just to show a technique that is used in Motion Graphics to create animations by only using Photographs. a good solution to avoid expensive video-shooting.
it needs a serious retouching of the image though and layering the original photograph to create depth and a 3rd dimension by parallax movement to cheat the eye while moving with the camera through the scene.
we call it 2.5D because the layers have no depth to it and are simple 2D-planes. but layering the planes creates space and we can move a camera around in 3D space.
